About Machine-
This spring assembling machine is for assemble bonnell springs to make bonnell spring unit for mattress. by feeding single springs to assemble springs in to spring unit process is automatic.
SX-200s Advantage-
With servo motor for the wire feeding.
The feeding speed is faster, in the screen, you can put one width, then the helical wire can stop there with precisely calculation, and can detect which jaws have the most of the problems for you to solve immediately.
For the unit, like for the king size, how many units you want to produce, then you can set up the numbers in the computer, then when the units quantities arrive, the machine will stop, then you can set up other numbers for another size.
The helical wire if any mixed or finished, the machine will stop.
The push out plate become lighter to less the vibration of the machine to enlarge the lifetime.
